The rugged, all-metal PX45 and PX65 printers deliver outstanding performance, reaching speeds of up to 12 inches per second from the first label to the last, and include features that reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Both versions are available with a choice of 203 or 300 dpi resolution, and the PX45 also offers 406 dpi for precise labeling without sacrificing speed. Ideal for variable-data labeling applications that require immediate results.

The intelligent design features of the PX45 and PX65 printers support increased productivity in demanding environments. As intelligent printers, they can host standalone applications developed using fingerprint and C# programming languages, reducing errors and improving operational processes.

The printer’s device management and diagnostic capabilities – available through the web-based PrintSet 5 Configuration Management tool, the PrintSet MC mobile configuration tool, and the cloud-based Operational Intelligence – reduce downtime and simplify operation. Printhead changes are quick and easy with the magnetic QuickMount™ printhead design. The PX45 and PX65 printers have been co-engineered and tested with Honeywell label and other media products, maximizing performance when used with genuine Honeywell media.
