In & Out Warranty Repair

It is a repair service for customers that are stil under warranty or have expired. We have a team of technicians to pick up and repair at the customer’s company and have a team of technicians for repairs within the company. OGA In Warranty Repair is receiving the repaired machine at OGA Company. When the repair complete, we are happy to send it to the customer’s company or come and pick it up ourselves. For customers whose warranty with the company has expired, we are happy to provide this service as well.

Out Warranty Repair means that our technician team will go to repair barcode printers, barcode scanners, or mobile computers at the customer’s company. If the repair cannot be done on site, our technician team will take the machine back to OGA Company for repair and send to the customer. For customers whose warranty with the company has expired, we are also happy to provide this service.

Spare Part

OGA International Co., Ltd. is a central hub for repairing barcode printers, scanners, and mobile computers, supplying all spare parts.

Onsite Service

OGA International Co., Ltd. has a call center to handle inquiries for barcode printers, scanners, and mobile computers, and schedule technicians for on-site service—available for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty devices.
